Installation
Section titled “Installation”Before you open the installer, make sure that you disable the antivirus as ControlZebra is not a ‘Windows Trusted’ code publisher yet.
Instructions
Section titled “Instructions”Step 1: Download the installer
Section titled “Step 1: Download the installer”Make sure you have downloaded the installer from official github release channel link:
Download ControlZebra Installer for Windows x64
Step 2: Open the installer
Section titled “Step 2: Open the installer”The windows security will show you following pop-up. Click on More Info.
Step 3: Allow to run
Section titled “Step 3: Allow to run”Next, click on Run anyway. This will bypass the windows security blocking.
Step 4: Follow the installer flow
Section titled “Step 4: Follow the installer flow”Follow the installer instructions and continue with installation.
Note: Please read the License Agreement - we don’t do weirdly restrictive license agreements. But this is early preview beta and you should understand the limitations.
Step 5: Launch app
Section titled “Step 5: Launch app”Launch ControlZebra from Windows start menu
Step 6: Login
Section titled “Step 6: Login”Login with your ControlZebra registered account
Step 7: Initial setup
Section titled “Step 7: Initial setup”Wait until ControlZebra downloads required packages directly from internet (github cli, git cli & git-lfs)
Step 8: Get Crazy, Zebra will Control
Section titled “Step 8: Get Crazy, Zebra will Control”Start using it! Hope you love it as much as we love it.
